The health and wellness of a business’ workforce is the lifeline of a business’ operations, which WELCOA is devoted to. Rauch has launched award-winning wellness programs and engineered work environments to create cultures of health across multiple industries. At WELCOA, her role is to ensure businesses continue to have access to the best products and information so they can achieve their professional and personal wellness goals.

Rauch will provide an overview of what people currently think of as wellness programming in terms of strategies and outcomes, and what other organizations have done to incorporate safety into their wellness initiatives. She will discuss the best ways to leverage the intersection between what is classically thought of as “wellness programming” and other people-focused institutions like safety, risk management, and EAPs.

And lastly, she will discuss the dangers of being too “program-focused” in one’s approach, introducing WELCOA’s new model for building high performing organizations. The model will show listeners what kind of alignment is needed among traditional organizational pillars to move beyond “programming” and begin to build health and safety standards and values into their corporate DNA. Participants will leave with specific things they can do immediately to begin transforming their organizations into high-performing cultures.

Seating is limited and, although there is no fee, those wanting to participate must register for the May 13 event to secure a seat. Please contact the Chamber office at 419.238.4390 to reserve seats.
