Scholastic Bowl champs

The Van Wert High School Scholastic Bowl team traveled to Crestview on Tuesday night for an eight-team tournament. The Cougars had a perfect 3-0 beginning that put them in the final round against Stryker and Hicksville. After defeating Stryker, the team went to the final round with Hicksville and easily defeated that team as well. The victory qualifies the Cougars for a bid to national tournament. (VWCS photo)
