Bonnie R. Stidham

Bonnie R. Stidham, 86, of Wren, died at 4:12 a.m. Tuesday, October 14, 2014, at the Van Wert Area Inpatient Hospice Center.

She was born July 18, 1928, in Mount Vernon, Illinois, the daughter of the late John Adolf and Bonnie Violet (Beyers) McCroskey. On July 23, 1949, she married Everett Stidham, who preceded her in death.

Survivors include four children, Michael Ray Stidham of Wren, Debra Jane Ann Wiess of Willshire, Catherine Carpenter of Wren and Verda Louise (Roger) Napier of St. Marys; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

A son, Everett Earl Stidham; one brother, Verne Everett McCroskey; and a sister, Alma Louise Barker, also preceded him in death.

Services will be announced at a later date.

Arrangements are being handled by Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory in Van Wert.
