Shirley A. Hunsaker

Shirley A. Hunsaker of Grover Hill, died at 12:27 p.m. Sunday, September 14, 2014, at the Van Wert Area Inpatient Hospice Center.

She was born August 9, 1942, in Van Wert County, the daughter of the late Samuel Leroy and Kathryn (Miller) Dotson. On December 16, 1960, she married DeWayne L. Hunsaker, who survives in Grover Hill.

Other survivors include two children, Tim (Cindy) Hunsaker of Springboro and Teresa Hunsaker of Van Wert; two sisters, Phyllis Ross and Cindy (Don) Showalter, both of Grover Hill; and three grandchildren.

A brother, Gary Dotson, also preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, September 17, at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory in Van Wert, with the Revs. Justin Sterrett and Paul W. Miller officiating. Burial will be in Middle Creek Cemetery in Grover Hill.

Calling hours are from 2-8 p.m. Tuesday, September 16, at the funeral home.
