Harold A. Tulett

Harold A. Tulett of Lima died at 10:15 p.m. July 26, 2014, at Lima Manor Nursing Home.

He was born July 29, 1922, in Van Wert, the son of the late William H. and Sylvia (Waldron) Tulett.

Survivors include a niece, Judy (Gary) Lincks of Dayton; and his caregiver since 1992, Norman Stemen.

Two sisters, Patricia Hundley and Edith Sonnycalb, also preceded him in death.

Harold loved spending all the holidays with the Stemen family and being involved with the gift exchanges. He enjoyed fishing, the Ohio State Buckeyes, bowling, the Cincinnati Reds, cowboy movies, horses and his childhood dog, Jack.

He went to Marimor School in Lima and lived on his own at his apartment until moving into Lima Manor. He worshipped at St. Rose Catholic Church in Lima.

Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Tuesday, August 26, at Woodland Cemetery in Van Wert, with Father David Ross officiating.

There will be no calling hours.

Preferred memorials: Donor’s choice.

Funeral arrangements were handled by Brickner Funeral Home in Van Wert.
