March 20, no time listed — Police received a complaint that a storage unit owned by a Delphos resident was broken into and several items stolen.

March 16, 2:49 a.m. — Cody Stahl, 18, of Lima, was charged with operating a vehicle  after underage consumption, an open container violation, underage possession of alcohol and a motor vehicle equipment violation as a result of a traffic stop in Delphos.
