November 30, 9:53 p.m. — A 13-year-old Van Wert boy was charged with domestic violence as a result of an incident at his residence.

November 30, 10:57 p.m. — Steven R. Parsons Jr., 34, of 328 North St., was charged with theft in connection with an alleged shoplifting incident at the local Walmart store.
