Van Wert Police

November 9, 6:43 p.m. — A 15-year-old Marsh Foundation resident reported as a runaway was charged with obstructing official business after he failed to obey a police order to stop running when found in the Fountain Park area.

November 9, 3:18 p.m. — Richard E. Cavinder, 39, of 218 E. Central Ave., Apt. 6, was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued in Delaware County as a result of a traffic stop in the 800 block of East Sycamore Street.

November 8, 8:14 p.m. — Debra K. Wehner, 34, of 431 Burt St., was arrested on charges of assault and trespass as a result of an incident in the 1000 block of Allingham Street.

November 6, 8:21 a.m. — A tan 1986 Ford F-250 pickup truck was allegedly stolen from Young’s Waste Service, 920 E. Jackson St.

November 7, 2:31 p.m. — Andrew L. Smith, 23, of Lima, was charged with theft as a result of a shoplifting incident at the local Walmart store.

November 8, 9:30 p.m. — Aaron M. Temple, 35, of Rockford, was cited for an open container violation while in the area of Fricker’s, 735 Fox Road.

November 8, 3:49 p.m. — Jeremy R. Workman, 32, of 520 S. Vine St., was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued by the Van Wert County Adult Probation Department.

November 6, 4:11 p.m. — Carie A. Feasby, 35, of 730 George St., was picked up on a holder issued by the Van Wert Municipal Court Probation Department.

Delphos Police

November 10, 7:33 p.m. — Anthony Snyder, 23, of Delphos, was arrested on a warrant issued in Lima Municipal Court for failure to appear on a prior drug possession charge.
