Van Wert Police

October 27, 5:09 p.m. — Karen Parsons, 42, of Defiance, was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued in Van Wert Municipal Court while in the 1100 block of East Crawford Street.

Delphos Police

October 28, 5:08 p.m. — Thomas Stocklin Jr., 56, of Delphos, was arrested in the 300 block of West Second Street on an outstanding warrant issued in Lima Municipal Court for failure to appear.

October 27, 7;30 p.m. — Bruce Haggard, 45, of Delphos, was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI) as a result of a traffic stop in Delphos.

October 27, 2:59 p.m. — Adam Heckman, 30, of Delphos, was charged with domestic violence as a result of an incident that occurred in the 200 block of Holland Avenue.

October 26, 5:02 p.m. — Anthony Snyder, 23, of Delphos, was arrested on an active warrant issued in Van Wert Municipal Court for probation violation, and was also charged with possession of marijuana.
