Van Wert Police

September 3, 3:18 a.m. — Robin P. Higginbotham, 49, of 509 S. Shannon St., was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI) after police stopped his vehicle for having fictitious license plates near the intersection of Shannon Street and Westwood Drive.

September 4, 11:35 a.m. — A Van Wert resident reported that someone obtained bank information illegally and was using the information to make purchases outside Van Wert.

September 3, 3:11 p.m. — Nathan M. Braun, 31, of 1026 Glenn St., was arrested on a probation order following a domestic dispute at his residence.

August 30, 10:13 p.m. — Harold A. Eldridge, 37, of Paulding, was charged with possession of methamphetamines following a traffic stop in the 100 block of South Jefferson Street.

September 1, 12:24 a.m. — Jean Carolyn Sweet, 38, of Bluffton, Ind., was arrested for a burglary that occurred at a residence in the 300 block of South Chestnut Street.

Delphos Police

September 3, 7:15 a.m. — Johnny Ray Foust, 51, of Delphos, was arrested on a warrant issued in PAulding County for failure to appear. He was later turned over to Paulding County authorities.
