Van Wert Police

July 26, 12:14 p.m. — Amber L. Baker, 23, of 326 S. Race St., was charged with domestic violence as a result of an incident at her residence.

July 25, 11:42 a.m. — Denyce C. Paule-Salisbury, 21, of Fort Jennings, was served a warrant issued in Van Wert Municipal Court for failure to appear for a hearing in that court.

July 23, 3:11 p.m. — Gary L. Cates, 40, of Graham, N.C., was arrested on a charge of possession of spice while at the Guest Keeper motel on North Washington Street.

July 23, 6:59 p.m. — Curtis Jay Blaylock, 44, of Mebane, N.C., was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia while at the Guest Keeper motel.

July 23, 1:01 p.m. — Blaylock was charged with theft by deception and Frank Buero, 50, of Burlington, N.C., was charged with theft for an incident that occurred at the local Walmart store.
