June 23, 6:19 p.m. — Justin E. Reiley, 31, of 132 Briarwood Court, was arrested at his residence on a felony warrant issued in Adams County, Ind. Amber L. Carter, 30, also of that address, was charged with obstructing official business in connection with the serving of the warrant.
