Van Wert Police

June 8, 3 a.m. — Jessica N. Ladd, 29, of 148 Water St., was cited for operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI) as a result of a traffic stop near the intersection of Main and Walnut streets.

June 8, 2:18 a.m. — William B. Taylor, 29, of 444 Burt St., was charged with disorderly conduct while intoxicated as a result of an incident in the 500 block of Center Street.

June 6, 7:32 a.m. — The rear window of a vehicle  parked in the 600 block of East Central Avenue was broken when a liquor bottle was thrown through it.

June 7, 11:36 a.m. — Katie R. Zimmerman, 27, of 612 Congress St., was arrested at her residence on a warrant for probation violation issued in Van Wert County Common Pleas Court.

June 6, 4:48 p.m. — Denyce C. Paule-Salisbury, 21, of Lima, was cited for driving while under a license suspension, as well as possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, as a result of a traffic stop in the 200 block of West Crawford Street. A passenger in the vehicle, Rebecca M. Patterson, 24, also of Lima, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.
