Van Wert Police

March 24, 2:49 p.m. — A 15-year-old Van Wert girl was charged with being unruly after an incident that took place at her residence.

March 24, 1:29 a.m. — David Livermore 20, of Detroit, Mich., was cited for underage consumption, while Mason D. Salisbury, 22, of Coldwater, Mich., was charged with furnishing alcohol to someone under age 21 as a result of a traffic stop near the intersection of Crawford and Washington streets.

March 22, 11:19 a.m. — Grant L. Bertke, 36, of Weston, was arrested on an outstanding warrant while in the 100 block of North Harrison Street.

March 21, 11:40 p.m. — Todd Hundley, 40, of 1023 Oak Lane, was charged with criminal trespassing after he was found in a vacant house at 920 Glenn St. He later was charged with criminal damaging for damaging a wall at the Van Wert Police Department.

March 22, 9:19 a.m. — Several radiators and gasoline were reportedly taken from White’s Garage, 1109 Lincoln Highway.

March 22, 3:38 p.m. — A Stanley took kit containing a standard and metric socket and open wrench set, drill bits, torque bits and a torque driver was taken from a vehicle parked in the 1100 block of East Sycamore Street.

March 21, 2:41 p.m. — Richard R. Ordean, 33, of Springfield, Mo., was arrested on a warrant issued in Richland County.

March 19, 12:14 p.m. — A minivan was vandalized while parked in the parking lot at the local Walmart Supercenter store.

Delphos Police

March 20, 2:14 a.m. — Two Kentucky men were arrested on drug possession charges after a K-9 search of the vehicle they were in found 217 grams (approximately 8 ounces) of marijuana. Eric Spence, 21, and Eric Fletcher, also 21, both of Salyersville, Ky., were charged with possession of marijuana, a fifth-degree felony count, as a result of the traffic stop on East Fifth Street.

March 22, 3:15 p.m. — Brittney Garza, 21, of Delphos, was cited for allowing dogs to run at large after three pitbull terriers were reported acting aggressively toward children walking from a local school.
