Mercer County Sheriff’s Office news

CELINA — Mercer County Sheriff Jeff Grey announced the indictment and arrests of 12 persons on drug charges. All charges are resulting from an investigation by the Grand Lake Task Force, a combined effort of law enforcement agencies in Mercer and Auglaize counties.

The Celina Police Department and the Shelby County Ohio Sheriff’s Office assisted with the apprehensions.

Those arrested include the following:

  • Christopher Brockman, 33, care of the Mercer County Adult Detention Facility – one count of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, a felony of the third degree; six counts of unlawful purchase or receipt of pseudoephedrine product, all misdemeanors  of the first  degree. Served the indictment in jail on March 15.
  • Jason Bruggeman, 31, Portland, Ind. — one count of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, a felony of the third degree;  two counts of unlawful purchase or receipt of pseudoephedrine product, both misdemeanors of the first degree. Was arrested on Monday, March 18.
  • Joshua Wymer, 29, of Fort Recovery — one count of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, a felony of the third degree; and three counts of unlawful purchase or receipt of pseudoephedrine product, all misdemeanors  of the first degree. Was arrested on Monday.
  • Mickey Haskell, 29, of Sidney — four counts of trafficking in heroin, all felonies of the fifth degree; two counts of trafficking in heroin, both felonies of the fourth degree. Haskell was apprehended in Sidney, by the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office.
  • April Lindeman, 32, of Celina — three counts of trafficking in heroin, all felonies of the fifth degree; and two counts of trafficking in heroin, both felonies of the fourth degree.
  • Carolyn Snyder, 51, of Celina — three counts of trafficking in marijuana, all felonies of the fourth degree.
  • Amanda Lockwood, 21, of Celina — two counts of trafficking in heroin, both felonies of the fifth degree.
  • Christopher Steinbrunner, 42, of Fort Recovery — two counts of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, both felonies of the third degree; and two counts of unlawful purchase or receipt of pseudoephedrine product, both misdemeanors  of the first degree.
  • Elizabeth Craw, 25, of Celina — one count of illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, a felony of the third degree; and one count of unlawful purchase or receipt of pseudoephedrine product, a misdemeanor of the first degree.
  • Dustin Gross, 31, of Celina — two counts of trafficking in heroin, both felonies of the fifth degree.
  • Alyssa Ridder, 18, of Celina — three counts of trafficking in heroin, all felonies of the fifth degree.
  • Mirranda Gates, 30, of Celina — two counts of trafficking in drugs, both felonies of the fourth degree; and one count of offenses Involving unapproved drugs, a felony of the fourth degree. Currently being held in the Montgomery County Jail on contempt charges.

Property seized included a 1997 black Pontiac Grand Prix and a 2000 white Ford pickup truck, as well as drug paraphernalia, cash, and suspected heroin and marijuana.
