March 4, 4:34 p.m. — Drew A. Kenny, 19, of 308 S. Chestnut St., was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired and driving while under suspension as a result of a traffic stop near the intersection of Pratt Street and Boyd Avenue.

March 4, 11:39 p.m. — Jesse J. Stemen, 24, of 14527 Brodnix Road, Was arrested on a felony warrant while near the intersection of Central Avenue and Tyler Street.
